Stone Soup and What We Can Bring

In library 1st and 2nd graders read Jon Muth's version of Stone Soup leading up to the recent Thanksgiving holiday. We talked about getting together with friends and family. And then we started talking about what we can bring to the communities we are part of whether this is family, or friends, or our class. As we move forward in this season of giving and reflection I think these kids are showing they have a lot that they are bringing to the table.
