Whether you sailed with pirates, swam with mermaids, or found buried treasure, I'm excited to hear all the stories you have to tell! My first book of the day celebrates the art of storytelling, all things summer and even a little bit of school. It's a little bit zany, a little bit curious, and a lot of bit funny. Feel free to borrow it anytime!
Our library has a bunch of new tales and all of your old favorites waiting just for you. A few of my new favorites include How the Queen Found the Perfect Cup of Tea by Waitsfield native Kate Hosford, If Sharks Disappeared by Lily Williams, and The Three Billy Goats Gruff by Jerry Pinkney. Each of these tells a story worth reading, and they all kind of beg to be read again.
